Am I overreacting?

Question

My husband and I have been ttc. This month would have been month 2. Today is day 2 of being fertile. He told me we should hold off on trying. His reason is because of everything going on. Now nothing is going one between us but there are some things going at his moms. His mom and step mom have been fighting and his cousin is moving in with her. I'm pissed, I don't think we should stop ttc just because his mom is having issues at home. Well now he is mad at me. Am I wrong for being mad or upset? Am I overreacting?

Cool off a bit maybe he is more affected by that than you think. If nothing is wrong between you two you should not worry

I personally would take that as he just doesn't want to try in general and uses me his mom as an excuse....but that's me. Family drama not involving you should really have no effect on having sex and possibly having a baby in 9 MONTHS

The thing is...he might be to overwhelmed right now with his family to think about TTC. He might be feeling really upset by it. Don't discount his feelings. Try to be understanding.

I also haven't told him how I feel. I know he knows I'm upset but I haven't actually come out and say that to him. I don't want him to feel like bad about it or change his mind if it's not something he actually wants. But he's also not letting me in on the whole thing either

He could be overwhelmed or nervous to make a baby, and using his family's issues as an excuse..it might seem like a better option to him than actually admitting that he's nervous. 
Or he could really just want to wait. As annoying as it is and as much as the second option might make you mad, it's better that he be up front right now then when you do have a child and he's changed his mind. IF that's the case at least.
