advice for a massage newbie please
I have my first deep tissue massage booked for tomorrow, I'm hoping it'll help with the pain I'm constantly in. I don't know what to expect, sorry if it's stupid but what do I wear? do I have to be naked? what happens during? what do I need to know before going? thanks ladies, I'm nervous but excited about it at the same time
