I've done it. He insisted. I'd never request it from anyone if I'm in my period. But as long as there's a tampon involved, I don't see why that'd be gross. Maybe wash it first anyway

I don't think he'd be for it, anyway. He loves period sex with me, but eating out on my period is completely different because:
A. It is blood. I have to taste your lips and tongue, and you are licking up some blood. I won't be able to donate blood if I participate in hemophilia.
B. He is squeamish when it comes to blood, which is why period sex is great; but the clean up is not.
