good lube? please help😭

pregnancy hasn't been good to my sex life. the inside of my vagina hurts so badly and my doctor said its narrowing and that I definitely need to work through it. he told me to use a good lube since it's now hard for me to get wet. so does anyone know a good lube that stays wet? literally all I have is preseed and just used that and it didn't stay slippery enough. please help me :( i miss having sex.

Coconut oil!! 
As long as you're not using condoms. If condoms are your main form of protection from pregnancy then do not use it because it can break down the condom.
