sleeping on your stomach?

can sleeping on my stomach hurt my baby I'm 24 weeks? That's the only way I can sleep. Every other position is uncomfortable.

I'm 26 weeks and still sleep on my stomach. I put my knee to my chest (the best I can lol) that's the only way I can sleep because that's how I slept before I was pregnant. My dr didnt say anything about it when I asked him. Like someone else said, as long as you're  comfortable!

I'm 37 +6 and I still occasionally wake up on my "stomach" well, as much as I can be at this point lol. My Dr said it's fine, it's clearly not doing anyone any harm, and if I'm comfortable then so be it. they've only warned me to stay off my back for prolonged periods of time, but if I wanted to lay on my bed or floor on my back for a half hour or so to stretch out it was fine.
