No symptoms - 13 week

Does anyone else get anxious with symptoms falling off? Didn't have any super severe just nausea off and on and then the peeing and being tired. The last few weeks, I could basically "forget" I'm pregnant and it actually has me anxious. No where will do an ultra sound for no reason for cheaper than 250$, otherwise we'd wait till 20 weeks for first one. Heard heartbeat at about 10 weeks, don't have another appointment until Friday. But I feel little attachment, and I don't know what to do with that. 😕 maybe I'm just moody, but it feels like nothing and I can't tell if something is wrong or I'm just lucky with a good season symptom free. Anyone else?
