Hello! Just found this group and am hoping there are more hypno-mamas out there!
My guess date is Nov. 21. Planning for an easy, peaceful VBAC with my baby girl. Our 3rd Hypnobabies class is this evening. Been having trouble finding time for birth partner to read me scripts since our 13-mo old son keeps us running all the time, but otherwise I’m fully into the program and listening to tracks throughout the day. I love how it’s already making me more calm in my daily life and giving me more confidence about the birth. 😌

So this thread is pretty old but I'm 24 weeks and starting the homestudy course this week!!!
