I always wear a bra, the only time I'm not wearing it is when I'm showering. I've never really understood all the fuss about it, I don't find it uncomfortable at all 🤷🏻‍♀️

I usually wear a bra all the time but lately I’ve been taking it off to sleep and I feel a lot better I think it depends on the bra size you wear. I’m a 36D and I feel better without.
