Upper Back Pain, Anyone??

Question

I am 38+4 and have the worst upper back pain. I'm thinking it could be gas pains but not entirely sure. Anyone else experiencing this??

sorry i habe no advice but I'm 38 +3 and I was seriously about to post something about this. it hurts so bad that it woke me from my sleep..it just started today and have no idea how to ease the pain.

I've been having it since week 36 until my visit to an osteopath. That really helped!! I needed to do 2 sessions.

I was feeling the same..I see a chiropractor regularly and he said I had a rib out! Baby is due any day so he is shifting my body tremendously!

Upper back? Like where your bra sits? I push a tennis ball into my spine between my shoulder blades and ice it. Don't roll the ball though. My physio told me to do this and also said to watch my posture as it can exacerbate the pain.

Im having the same back pains hurts so much took a Tylenol too see if it goes away im 39 weeks
