UPDATE CLEANSE 9 months on.....9 months off

After I had my baby, I was crazy sad my body was so saggy and.....different. I patiently waited my nine months...although I'm not 100% back to normal and my boobs have lost about 1/2 a cup size and my belly still has loose skin, I am finally happy again. ❤️

Updating with cleanse information that helped kickstart my weight loss and boost my metabolism again!

So it's a 4 day juice cleanse with 3 different juices:

Morning Juice:

1 green apple

3 carrots

1-2 handfuls of blueberries

1 cucumber

Afternoon Juice

1 green apple

2 handfuls of strawberries

1 lemon

1 handful of basil

*make this one with sparkling water*

Evening Juice

1 handful of alfalfa sprouts

3 romaine lettuce leaves

1 handful of parsley

1 half-lime

1 cup of spinach

1 green apple

Just four days and honestly you won't even have a desire to each junky any more.

Also anytime you feel hunger you can drink green tea as well and you can have as much green tea that you'd like!❤️
