HELP!

Is this positive? I've used an alere hcg easy read pregnancy stick. Straight away these blue lines came up. I'm three days late. Me and my husband only started trying last month, was not expecting it so quickly! My boobs are sore and ive had slight twinges in my ovary/ womb area ( thinking it was period cramping) but apart from that I have no other signs. I'm quite nervous but so excited. I can't work out if this is real or not!! Think I'm going to get some more pregnancy tests tonight and try again in the morning. Any advice greatly received!
