yep: sex releases endorphins that help fight depression, make you happy, and boost your immune system and relieve stress. Sex/being intimate like cuddling and even masturbating is all good for both men and women. Of course it also has great potential to strengthen a bond or a love relationship as well. Sometimes that's connected and sometimes not as much but it's still fun and feels good and has all kinds of benefits. The problem with society is that many of the subjects related to sex and sex ed have become taboo and people are less comfortable talking about it. Some of the people that are more comfortable talking about it fairly openly are labeled as being kinky or having a deviant side  just cuz they know what they like and they're happy to share about it. Some people even get slut shamed just for liking sex. There is no sense in that. It's normal and healthy to want it. It's something we are drawn to from more of a primal instinct. that's natural and people shouldn't be shamed or taught to fear it. I say Get it Girl!!! Keep loving it. It's good for you and him.
