Emotional proposal?

When your S/O proposed or when you proposed did you and your your S/O get really emotional like crying or screaming like some do? Then explain!! I wanna hear about that big day 💜

We had been together for 4 years it happened in 2015! He had told me 2 years prior that when we were ready he had the perfect proposal planned and boy was he right.. (back story) -- my brother passed away in 2010 and on his 1 year anniversary we went and spread some of his ashes at a camp for disabled kids he used to attend, we spread them at a tree house over looking a river because it was his favourite spot. When I want to be close we go stop by that spot and just talk to him. -- now for the proposal. We were on our way out of town for a weekend away and I asked if we could stop at the camp and he said yes of course (he hoped I'd ask). We got to camp and it was pouring rain but we went to the tree house anyways! Here I am talking to my brother and my now hubby grabbed my hand turned me around and dropped to his knee! I immediately started balling, he told me since he didn't get to ask my brothers permission to marry me that he wanted to propose where he was so that he got to be a big part of it, meanwhile he was crying the whole time trying to talk. It was the most perfect most emotional moment and I couldn't have asked for a better proposal!

we both ugly cried. Like a lot. I couldn't even hear what he was saying through our sobbing hahaha. so glad he did it when it was just the 2 of us. doesn't help that we just had mind blowing sex like half hour before on the deck in this beautiful outside shower... lol my emotions were already raw lol. but it was perfect and I wouldn't change it for the world

My husband proposed to me at karaoke actually. We went every week and that week he had them put a chair right in the middle of the floor and sang "Marry Me" by Train. All of our friends came, it was really nice. We got a big round of applause and I bawled, it was so nice that we could share it with all our friends.
