I started working out 🏋 the beginning of August. I was very unhappy with the way I saw the scale creeping up month after month. In the short month and a half I have lost 8 pounds and gained a lot of muscle. My pants are much looser fitting and I can feel a huge difference in my body. My waist has shrunk almost two inches. If you are only focused on the weight your doing it wrong. Being strong is beautiful the weight will take care of itself eventually.
