I got my period 5 weeks postpartum

So I got my period on Sept. 5. I panicked and called my Dr. She told me it could be postpartum bleeding but to wait couple days n if I continue to bleed more than 4 days that indeed is my period. So after 5 days bleeding stopped. I was exclusively breastfeeding up until 4wks... baby wasn't getting enough milk so I'm supplementing.

Anyone else got their period yet? Or has had similar experience? Is this normal? The idea that I could get pregnant again is terrifying!
