It can get a little nasty, but more so just annoying. Idk how we do it but my whole back ends up bloody lol. And I don't have that heavy of a flow. I just don't get it. It's not for me.

i prefer not to just cuz everything is more sensitive for me down there during that time so sometimes sex hurts if he hits my cervix wrong or whatever. but to each their own
