I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I'm freaking out!!!

So I found out I'm 6 wks pregnant and I had four miscarriages before one after the other. As you can imagen I'm freaking out. I have hypothyroidism and I'm on medication and my OB just prescribed Progesterone it's supposed to help me keep my pregnancy. Just wanted to know if anyone has been on progesterone? And did it help?
