cold symptoms?!

hey all!

OK, this is my husband and I's 9th cycle TTC. Ever since 2dpo I have had the worst sinus cold. my nose is runny and stopped up and it started with a headache. I never get sick, like I can honestly tell you I can't remember the last time I had a cold. I am on day 3 of this "cold" with no fever. I have had sore nipples the past day or so and I never have those only sore boobs a few days before AF. I have read a few articles about this and just wanted some feedback. The timing of this "cold" is what's so strange to me.

could this be a sign that I may get my bfp this cycle? has anyone experienced this and gotten a bfp?
