My boyfriend came over the other night and we started having sex. After a bit he got really aggressive I said stop and no but he continued and even went as far to send pics of me to one of my guy friends. We've had rough sex before and it was fine so is this considered consensual??

When someone indicates that the no longer want to have sex, and the other person continues regardless, it becomes rape.

• Verbal: relating to how you said both "stop" and "no" those are both verbal cues where someone wants to stop having sex. 
• Body Language: someone freezing up, not moving, not looking like they're enjoying it, crying. All examples of non-verbal cues. 
Since you clearly showed cues that you wanted to stop, and your boyfriend continued, then yes it was rape.

It can turn into rape. I had a moment where I had sex with someone and then he wanted to have sex again and I didn't and told him to stop. Yet he continued to get on top of me and tried to put it in. And it was pretty aggressive because I only just met him. That's attempted rape. It's like someone asks you for a cup of tea and you say yes but you change your mind doesn't mean the person is allowed to make the force of making you drink it just because at a different moment you said yes.
