Lo Loestrin spotting/period??

I started taking Lo Loestrin Fe in March, which has 26 hormone pills and then 2 placebo pills so for the first month and a half or so of taking it I had some spotting every day and as my body acclimated to it and then that finally stopped and I haven't had a period since I started on the pill (🙌🏻). Today though I've had cramps and just went to the bathroom and there was a tiny bit of blood on the tissue. Don't know yet if it will just be spotting or a period.

I was just wondering if that's normal for some bleeding to happen again after it had gone away for a few months??
