Right upper pain! Please help

Hi guys so I have had this super sharp pain on on my upper right side of my belly right under my ribs. I lie down and it goes away but as soon a sus tart walking it starts hurting really bad. I'm 23 weeks I think it might be like stretching pain but I didn't have anything like that with my first. I can't get a hold of my obgyn because he's in Florida and power is out due to hurricane. I'm in Houston right now and I'm not sure what to do. Baby is moving fine but I'm not sure if it's something to be concerned about. Has anyone else had this pain before?
