Induction Stories?

I am here at the hospital getting induced as i write this. I am currently on the cervadil, and will see if i progressed later on. Was wanting to hear from you guys about your induction stories!

Hi! I was induced too on cytotec which I believe is basically the same as cervidial. I got the first round at 10 am, few more rounds and I wasn't progressing. I was having enough contractions that they weren't sure if they wanted to give me another round. They ultimately decided to do one more and start the pitocin. That was around 6pm. They upped the pitocin pretty frequently. Around 9:30pm my water broke on its own. My contracts were so close together and so long that I really had no time between them, but I wasn't dilating. I got an epidural because my body needed to relax. I got that around 2 am and I took a nap until 5 am. I woke up and was a full 10 and they could see his head. I started pushing and I pushed for 3 hours. They were so close to bringing in forceps but when they said that I said I just want to push through a couple more and on my last contraction I stopped and I started crying (first time I cried during my whole labor) and I said "I'm just so tired!" And they said "alright well that means this is the one!" She sure enough he was out with the next push! Good luck!!!!!!!!
