Moms of more than 1, was your 2nd birth easier than your 1st?

I have a 9mo and I am pregnant with number 2. Had a pretty rough birth of baby #1 and I'm still scared. Hoping this time around might not be so rough.

My second pregnancy is much worse than my first but my doctor said delivery should be much easier

Time wise they were about the same (12 hours start to finish) but my second baby was much bigger and had his cord wrapped around his neck so I had to push a lot harder, here's to hoping #3 is a breeze.

First birth was about 6-7 hours. Second was 12+. Third was a miscarriage. 4th was about 4 hours.

My first was pretty easy, I was sick off and on throughout the pregnancy but it wasn't bad. The birth was easy like 3-4 pushes and she was out.  My second pregnancy I didn't get sick once! It was easy but I went into preterm labor at 30 weeks so I had to be on pelvic rest for 6 weeks. Luckily she stayed in and cooked till 39w1d!  That birth was super easy as well with about 4 pushes and she was out!
