Baby powder?

Is it ok if i use baby power on her neck? 
I no powder is a no no but i was wondering if anybody use it?

Pure corn starch baby powder. I don't pour it in there but I might put some on my fingers and rub it in the crease of the neck to keep it dry. Mostly after a bath. I don't leave excess or clumps of powder when doing so. Just enough to dry it up.

Just use talc free baby powder and dont let the baby breath it in.
