How much of a role did your significant other play in completing your baby registry?

Did your partner help you pick things out for the registry? Or was it mostly you?

He went with me but was so overwhelmed.. he tried lol

He picked out the baby monitor. And I forced him to look through my research on car seats, strollers, and a few other items. As well as look at the registry.

It was 100% me but I had shown him everything when I was done. He doesn't know much about the first thing to even look for in baby items so I just put it together myself 😅 he didn't mind so it's no big deal

I put my husband in charge of stroller and car seat selection. I so over whelmed trying to figure out what was going to be the safest and most practical. That kind of got the ball rolling. He had no idea how many option were out there. He got really motivate to figure out what was best for our baby. He went with me to Babies"R"Us to finish our registry in person.

He doesn't know what is needed but he likes to help pick out colors or clothes

It was all me, partly because he literally knew nothing about babies and their needs when our first was born, and partly because apparently in some things in life, I'm a control freak (despite the fact that I am mostly a super chill laid back minimalist mom🤣)

I got the registry started online. then we went in store and I showed him what I had picked out. and we played with everything and tested everything out together and then decided together the final item to put on the registry. having a base list was good so he didn't get overwhelmed and letting him touch and see everything in store helped us both decide what we liked best!

this is my third, and his first, it was all me. He's very agreeable and easy going, and trusts that I've got a good idea of what's necessary and what will actually get used. 
it's not a huge registry anyway. his parents bought the car seats, one convertible one for each car because I hate baby buckets. I bought a dresser, a crib he bought the mattress.
 I still have a wrap carrier and plenty of gender neutral baby clothes from my six year old, but I bought a handful of girly things for this baby. we got a used structured carrier, and my car is too small for a stroller. probably won't bother getting one for husband's car for a few months after she's born.
