Leaky?

I'm 24 weeks 1 day and I started leaking colostrum a few days ago. I find yellowish crust around my nipples, and they aren't dry. 
Is it normal to start leaking now? I thought it was third trimester I would start.

I started in the first trimester with both my pregnancies :) Everyone is different but it's normal. It's even normal to not leak during pregnancy.

I am 23w tomorrow and I started leaking colostrum 2 days ago. Americanpregnancy.org and what to expect both state that our bodies start producing colostrum during the second trimester and it's common for some women to leak while pregnant and it's not alarming at all! If you do leak, like me haha, it's not a sign that you will run out of colostrum or anything close to that and if you don't leak colostrum it's not a sign that you aren't producing enough or that you won't be able to breastfeed! I was scared at first when my shirt became wet because I wasn't prepared to leak so soon, but it's normal! I bought nursing pads, they may help you too!!

I've been leaking the yellow stuff for about a month. First it was clear, but now it's yellow. It's normal ☺️

I've read that it can happen but the first fluids are not milk. It's a different fluid to help the infant prevent illness before milk. I haven't had this but I do notice white spots all over my nipples. It's pretty gross. Haha
