Breastfeeding and puking! 😭😭🤢
Uuuuuuuuuggggghhhhh I'm exclusively breastfeeding and I just got up from bed feeling so sick (extra annoying since baby sleeps at night and pretty much only at night) - turns out I have full on diarrhea and I threw up in my bathroom sink!! I guess I must have a stomach bug or food poisoning. I read that it's safe and recommended to keep breastfeeding, but I'm concerned about keeping hydrated if I continue vomiting. Any suggestions?
