Shared nursery help

My boyfriend and I are living with my mom, so we'll be sharing a room with our baby when she's born. I have a pretty good idea of what I'm gonna do, but still something's I have no idea about yet. I want to put a glider in the room, but don't know if there'll be enough space.

The room isn't done yet, obviously. We're getting a bed frame with drawers underneath to eliminate the dresser/closet clutter (dresser is currently in my brothers room) and a shoe rack on the foot of the bed. The crib/changing table combo is going against the wall with the shoe rack. The plastic drawers and white standing shelf will be gone too eventually.

Any ideas on how to change the closet to make more space, or where to put a glider if we get one??
