Should I be offended?

So today a lad on the bus said I could afford to gain weight and I would probably feel and look better (58kg, 5'7") My friend thinks it was rude of him but I thanked him.

I wouldn't feel either way, I'd probably tell him thanks for the comment, but to mind his own business. Your body, your call.

I don't think that's a comment anyone should ever make. Too many people are self conscious.  But if you feel offended or not is your choice
Just be confident, and you'll always be beautiful no matter you're size

Pretty much of the opinion that no one should comment on other people's body types or weight unless specifically asked. I wouldn't be offended, or flattered I would just be like...cool, mind your own business. lol
