295 lbs to 166 lbs...
5'9" went from 295 to 166.. goal is still to lose another 20 and see where I'm at then.. I don't have a more discreet before pic, just one of my gut 😂
Super embarrassing, but putting it out there.
I struggle with PCOS, so it felt nearly impossible to lose the weight. It will be a forever battle 🖤
