Alright so my SO and I got unofficially engaged last week. (He knows my family is super important to me so he wants to do the big question in front of my mom and step dad, since they are the only family I have in the US.) My on and off best friend Shanna was told today, and my best friend Athena who is a newer best friend but very solid since we started talking. Shanna wants to be maid of honor but I already told Athena she could be since she knows both me and my SO. Has anyone done co maid of honors? I love them both equally and I want them both to be a part of it, but Athena lives a lot farther away, but Shanna has 3 kiddos and is a little flaky. Help!! I don't know what to do. lol
