I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago and I've missed my period by 2 weeks? What's the chances I'm pregnant again?

It's possible. I had a miscarriage February 27th.. stopped bleeding around 2 weeks later. And never had a period again and I'm now 24 weeks 1 day. So I got pregnant in April.
