Still no period?

Rebecca • Im 25. I have two children right now. There names are Persephone Elyzabeth and Kastiel Matthew i love them with all my heart. I am now pregnant with my third child 😁
So I got my nexplanon out on the 3rd of April and still no period should I be worried?
