Allergic reaction

So due to the comments of the people on here who have had a UTI during their pregnancy I chose to start taking the medicine the doctor proscribed. Even though I didn't have results in and haven't talked to my doctor personally. Well I took it yesterday after lunch and then passed out and went to sleep. The pill had knocked me out. 4 hours later I woke up extremely exhausted and severely swollen hands. Went to take my make up off the way I normally do and when I was done noticed my left hand had this weird patchy rash on it, well I went to talk to my mom who then read the paper work and said I should be fine, if it got worse then we'd start to worry so I went out and grabbed something to eat with my husband and both of us could barely eat due to nausea so I just ignored it until I started noticing how badly my hands and arms were itching. Found some anti-itch cream and anytime I wanted to scratch I rubbed that on there. Well that didn't help at all and then I realized my thighs were itching, and when I went to the restroom I found large patches of hives on my legs. I'm severely allergic to penicillin and sulfa drugs and so I started reading up on this medication, well during trials people had received multiple symptoms from one site and the other said if you had these symptoms to go see a doctor. Well at 1 am I couldn't go anywhere but the ER and everyone that could take me were so asleep that even shaking them or being aggressive wouldn't wake them up. So I decided to stay up to watch the symptoms until they calmed down enough to fall asleep. Woke up this morning chose not to take the medicine and since the hives had subsided I wasn't going to even go to the ER. Well now 1 hot shower later and they are back, just not as severe, and itching. My hands are still swollen and itchy so I don't know if I should go see a doctor or not but I'm 32+ weeks and he's moving just fine so I feel like I shouldn't be as concerned especially when I have a doctors visit tomorrow. What do you think?
