Implantation??

So I'm currently 12w 3d pregnant, I didn't find out I was pregnant till August 6th and calculation from 2 scans suggest I conceived on 6th July. I didn't get implantation bleeding till the 22nd July? Is this normal? It only lasted a couple of hours at most.. but because I didn't think it could take that long to implant I just brushed it off.. hence not testing till the month after. is this normal to take that long?

Did you have a period? Did you test the month of July?

What does your Ultrasound result say? Go with that number of weeks gestation. That's more accurate.
You're pregnant. That's all that matters.

My doctor said you can get leftover implantation bleeding all the way up until 8 weeks. Its slow to make its way out sometimes.
