Baked pork chops?

I have some pork chops and I want to bake them with some veggies anyone have any good recipes ? Thanks

I made pork chops with Lipton onion soup mix dried onion and Parmesan cheese.

Mix a packet of Lipton onion soup mix 1/3 a cup of Parmesan cheese and 1/3 cup dried onion on a plate.

Take an egg beat it in a bowl.

Dip pork chops in egg and then in the other mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Lightly bread with gluten free Italian bread crumbs and Cajun seasoning (I enjoy Tony's). Put in glass dish with a dollop of butter (or sprinkle with EVOO). Cook at 400 degrees 10 minutes on each side.

Most veggies can be baked deliciously with this recipe:
In a bowl add raw veggies, a little olive oil, a splash of lemon juice, a little salt and pepper. Then one or two other ingredients to match your main dish'a flavors. I usually end up adding a little garlic and rosemary. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 350-400 degrees for 10-30 min depending on density of veggie. Works every time!  :)
