Motivation needed

So I'm officially on a weight loss journey. My goal is to lose at least one pound a week. I've decided that I will follow through this time but I think I need some motivation to do it. If any of you girls out there could help that would be great. Also give me some work out tips. What are the best workouts to lose belly fat? Also what should I cut back on and what should I eat. Help needed 😣
