Is manipulation rape?

A guy from my school was over at my house. I was laying in my bed while he was rolling a blunt at my desk. He kept telling me how good I looked and I was practically asking to be fucked. I told him I didn't want to have sex and he got mad at me. He would keep trying to get me to take my shorts off and I would push him off. Finally he got pissed off and started to walk out and I asked him why he was leaving and he told me "because you being green, you won't let me do anything" so I replied "oh so you just want this" and I pulled on his pants and he nods his head. I told him I would give him head only if he didn't try to pull my pants down (he did). I felt so frustrated from telling him no I told him that he needed to stop and he replies "oh just let me look" and pulls my shorts down. Needless to say he put me on the bed and started doing it anyways and I told him no once more and he didn't stop. So I gave up. Is this still rape or?
