Prayers appreciated please

Just wanted to ask if you ladies could please say a prayer for my baby boy please....today we go in for a follow up ultrasound to recheck our sons kidneys. At our 20 week anatomy scan we were told that he had a little extra fluid in his kidneys and that just raised a little red flag and can be what's known as a soft marker for Down syndrome. Naturally we've been worried ever since and today will either give us a little peace of mind or help prepare us for what could be so if you ladies wouldn't mind just saying a little prayer for our little man that hopefully his kidney issues have resolved on their own and we will be welcoming a healthy baby boy I would greatly appreciate it!
