Sex before 6 week check up?!

Anyone have sex before their 6 week check up? I will be 4 weeks this Friday and my poor man is so deprived and mamma is getting a little anxious too...

i wouldn't risk it. i just had my 6 week check up today and they found an infection. the first thubg she asked was have i had sex (which i haven't). trust me. i'm horny as hell too but i'm not risking my health (or getting pregnant again 🙄) for thirty minutes of fun.  wait until your doctor says it's alright.

I did at 5wks 3 days postpartum and had my check up at 6wks 4 days postpartum and everything was fine. I did have stitches, but they dissolved at like 2wks postpartum. You know your body, do what you feel comfortable with. Definitely take it slow and use lube!

No. I'm four weeks and feel fine, but I won't risk an infection just for sex. You should wait to be cleared by your doctor first.

I did 4 w3d.. I just had my 6 week checkup last week and I was fine... I didn't have any stitches etc... you know your body.. I wouldn't encourage but wouldn't knock it either
