No, but I actually had this thought and asked my mom 🤣 I didn't want to be a bad parent by seeing my child to have bad hygiene but it turns out it's not necessary until they start teething. My daughter is formula fed.

Breastfeeding and yes I do! I use the washcloth when I give him a bath

No but when I give him a bath I do take the wash cloth wrap around my finger and wipe the mouth out but not every day like once a week

Yes, I have a finger like washcloth (that goes on my finger) I use on his gums and tongue with warm water. Got it from wic appointment.

No, I currently breastfeed I will give my little one a toothbrush with baby toothpaste once she shafts teething so she can use it as a chew toy in morning and evening. Never heard of washing gums before.... might have to look this up xx
