It's not normal. Spotting is pink or brown and does not soak underwear. It's basically only when wiping. Dark blood is not considered spotting. I'd call your dr tomorrow morning to find out what's going on ... some people have something called subchorionic hemorrhage in early pregnancy but that's something only the Dr can tell and will test for. The only advice I can give you when that happened to me, I was told to try and relax and put your legs up. Are you still bleeding and is there cramping at all??

Even at the emergency room because it's really early they won't be able to do much but tell you to follow up with your doctors the next day. I know bc I work at the hospital and most of the dr are not even trained for a situation like that . They will do blood work that would have to be repeated after 48 to count your hcg and ultrasound sometimes it's too early to hear the heartbeat before 8 weeks . Unless you are in severe pain, fever I wouldn't suggest going to the ER and spend the night and have a huge bill later. Just wait and go to your regular doctor tomorrow 😕
