so today ive noticed a sharp pain in my left shoulder, and ive been told thats a sign of preeclampsia? also over the past few weeks my hands have been swelling but then they go back to normal and then they swell up again. i havent noticed any swelling of my face but i have chubby cheeks so its hard to tell anyway, but does this seem like signs of preeclampsia or just normal pregnancy things, im 33 weeks.
