You know you're a mother when it takes over half an hour to gather everything to leave the house and just as you go through the door your baby poops his diaper.
You know you're a mother when you spend five more minutes in the bathroom, even though you're done using the toilet, because you know that is the only break you will be getting for a while.

I just found a dirty diaper in my purse (granted it was a pee I changed earlier that day), BUT STILL! My car is sticky and crumby no matter how hard I try to keep it clean. I found a baby hair brush in my shoe the other day... the list goes on. Lol
