How to quit my job

So I'm currently hospitalized because I have a fue health issues rn n I'm pregnant, ivecalled out 3 times already n I can't go back to work after I get out so I can't leave a two week notice which I hate, but I can't leave the hospital n I work tomorrow, should I call and explain my whole situation and quit through the phone? I think this is better because I won't be able to go talk to them this week n I work tomorrow n I don't want to go and call out AGAIN idk what to do Also keep in mind I only work twice a week and only got paid for 4 hours it was at a 99 cent store
