First Ultrasound Nerves

I found out I am pregnant 5 days ago, and I have an appointment tomorrow. I'm guessing I'm about 6.5 weeks. Tomorrow I'm pretty sure they are just going to confirm my pregnancy, and set an appointment up for a week or two from now for an u/s. But I am so nervous. I am so afraid something is wrong, like there being an empty sac and no baby. I haven't had any bleeding or anything, just a few mild cramps. So nervous to the point of crying. I have just read horror stories online about bad things happening and i am sooo worried.
