Hoping the world is right and I'm pregnant!🙏🤞

So apparently the world thinks I am pregnant right now. Now if only that would be true. I'm currently in my TWW after my second IUI last Thursday. Exactly a week before that, I had a very vivid dream where someone in a deep strong voice told me I would be pregnant in a week (I know it sounds crazy). Over the past week, I have had 3 patients ask me if I had any babies yet and 1 older man today told me I should have about a dozen kids (I don't work with kids and there are none around so this is out of the blue). To top it off today, I got this email from amazon that said someone had sent me a gift from my baby registry.....I don't have a baby registry. Really hoping and praying these are all signs and my dream will finally come true with a BFP next week! 👶🙏🤞

Update: Apparently everyone got this email today 🤦🏻‍♀️
