3 periods? pleaseee help

I have pcos and take birthcontrol to get periods. I have regular 28 day cycles. My periods last around 5/7days and come on the last week of the month super normal. The aqua color is my period length for August. In the middle of September (green) I had a random period this has never happened to me before. I have been through so much stress before and have been on and off birth control and never has happened. Now tommorow (purple) I start my regular month period. I have all the symptoms so I know the green one wasn't an early period... has this happened to anyone? I had went to the doctors and she was like I have no clue it's so odd because the pack is regular time and all. I feel like my periods have been back to back I'm barely recovering trying to BD and boop here's a period lol. Also since yesterday I feel like I have a yeast infection? I hardly get those but this one feels bad and idk how I been even to busy to BD.

or any action down there. ugh I need help ladies! also my reason for the doc visit is because I'm 21 and balding randomly and fast it sucks so bad my hairs thinning and all literally 2 bald spots :( she said that may be a factor but we have to go to a dermatologist to get a part of my scalp removed for further review Idk I'm just trying to give you ladies all information lol
