Pelvic Pain.. Any thoughts??

Okay ladies so this morning I woke up in excruciating pain in my pelvis. I had stabbing pains and it lasted strongly for 5-10 minutes and I was in tears and could barely move. Therefore my fiancé decided that I should go to the ER. By the time I got there the pain had subsided from a 10 to about a 3 or 4 so not bad. However when I cough, move, pee, sneeze you name it it hurts. The doctor thought it may be a bladder infection so I did a urine sample they tested it and everything came back clear. So the doctor told me my next step was to go to the gynecologist for a pap smear which I've never had before and an ultrasound. So hopefully they can figure out the cause of the pain and do something for it. I have had thus stabbing pain before and get it often however this morning was the worst I couldn't really move, walk or anything. It's been going on for about a year or so and the first time I started having the stabbing pains they sent me for an internal ultrasound and they found a cyst on my cervic but nothing that I should of been worried about.

Has anyone ever had something similar?
