Miscarried at 6/7 weeks?

So I never got an ultrasound to confirm my pregnancy but I had multiple different brands of pregnancy tests all positives so I went to my family doctor and it was positive and it was positive at my OBGYN this Thursday I was supposed to be 7 weeks according to my last period on August 3rd. Today I started bleeding but no clots and not a lot (but more than spotting) I would compare it to starting a period even tho I'm pregnant.. I went to my OBGYN today and the hospital and am so irritated with my two different responses I received. When I went to the ER (it's when I first woke up and my OBGYN was not open yet and I woke up bleeding) I went to the ER they said they were unsure of how far along I truly was and said an ultrasound wouldn't be accurate because I may not be far along enough to show plus I had low hcg levels (unsure of the levels they didn't give me numbers) so they said they wanted to monitor my hcg level by blood because they explained it was more accurate. They also took my urine and did a pelvic exam. He said he saw no sign of miscarriage (no fecal matter / no clots) and my blood was at an average level. He said both tests were positive (I know after a miscarriage you can still have hcg levels I'm just stating) and told me to get my blood drawn in two days (this Thursday) to see any significant changes and if it rises that's good and if it falls that's bad. He also reassured me that many women in my spot have been in my same circumstance and still gave birth to a healthy baby. So I left feeling good but still scared and wanted to see what my OBGYN said. They got me in for an ultrasound and said they saw nothing so im either only a few weeks pregnant (found out last Saturday9/9/17) or I miscarried. I guess I just need some advice. I'm super upset. Has anyone gone through this?
